Super Rugby

The largest rugby union competition in the southern hemisphere is back- and it's bigger than ever! Super Rugby returns for the 2010/11 season with a revamped format seeing the Melbourne Rebels become the 15th team, meaning Australia, South Africa and New Zealand have 5 teams each in the competition. The season has also been extended and now runs from February to July, reflecting a new conference-based system where the Australian teams will play both a home, and away derby against their Australian rivals. This means more big games, bigger crowds, more interest and most importantly, more opportunities to sell merchandise! Burley Sekem holds the licenses for the inaugurate Melbourne Rebels, the Waratahs, the Western Force and the Brumbies and is proud to offer a range of beanies and scarves for these teams.
